Two people have been charged with murder after a 23-year-old was killed in Tower Hamlets, East London.
Alimuz Zaman was repeatedly stabbed in St Paul’s Way on Sunday, 26, May. at around 4.30pm and never recovered from his wounds.

A second victim, aged 25, was also attacked but has since been discharged from hospital.

Alimal Islam, 19, of Burgess Street, and Mofizur Rahman, 19 of Wallwood Street have both been charged with murder today. They have also been charged with one count of GBH each for harm caused to the second victim.

The suspects have been remanded into custody and will appear at the Old Bailey on an undetermined date. Officers took them into custody, along with two other men, on Monday, 27, May.

The other men, both aged 23, have been bailed to return on a date in June.\
